Station Icon Process

The Coaching process first defines your intent, your needs.

We then discuss the types of intervention, practice and help you feel you need.

Any questions, concerns and practicalities are covered in this initial stage.

A first meeting is scheduled in the format of your choice, face to face, Skype or phone and one or two key actions are discussed with a view to trialling the coaching agreement.

From there after some initial success we can agree on a schedule of contact that is most beneficial to you.

The packages I offer are varied, scalable and allow you the help you want at the frequency you need.

Regardless of the frequency a period of at least three months is recommended to make sufficient progress apparent.
